This is an exciting time in my life, where God is shifting things and I am beginning to see the promises that were spoken to me starting to come to pass. Over the past three years, God has kept me here in Kansas City to shape and form my character more and more into the likeness of who He is. (I still have long way to go, but He's good with using weak people like us.) As I spent multitudes of hours in the atmosphere of 24/7 corporate prayer and fasting, God  has been shaping my character and imparting a new spiritual DNA that only comes from dwelling in God’s presence; confidence in love, His love for me. Where I can't be satisfied until I see the name of Christ lifted up night and day.



As some of you may know, I have spent the last three years attending the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City, Missouri. Over that time I have received quality, hands on, Holy-Spirit filled biblical theology as well as musical training. Music theory and technique that is centered around the area of musical worship and intercession that we like to call Harp and Bowl Worship. This model of worship is not only used in normal worship settings, but is mainly a model of worship that is able to facilitate the area of musical worship(Harps) along with combining practical and powerful intercession prayers alongside it(Bowls of Incense). But more about that later.



As an upcoming Senior at IHOPU, I have a excellent opportunity to experience a life changing trip that will propel me into serving practically in a real world church/corporate prayer room context across the globe. God has opened a door for me to spend the remaining of this year to travel to the North Island of New Zealand, specifically in the city of Tauranga. There I will perform an extended internship and begin to operate in the giftings and callings that God has placed over my life, and has been preparing me for, especially in these last few years. I have great excitement in my heart right now, for God has put the nation of New Zealand on my heart for almost two years now. Since then I have been praying for a door to be opened for me to visit for an extended time. Since then, the Lord has been preparing my heart and giving me a vision to see the Nation of New Zealand begin to operate in their destiny, to sing and minister before their Creator both night and day. To provide a resting place for the Holy Spirit to dwell and ultimately break out in power and glory. To see “Kiwi’s” begin to walk in the commanded destiny in Isaiah 42:11 where the islands and coastlands are decreed to sing the praises of the Lord.



You may be thinking, Why New Zealand? Why now? Well I believe that we are at a pivoting point for not only this particular nation, but ultimately for every nation to be changed in its wake.



When Jesus commanded the disciples to go forth from Jerusalem, to Judea, and to the lands beyond, he commissioned the disciples to tell every nation about Jesus, to the ends of the earth. This is what we all know as the Great Commission, that every tribe, tongue and nation would worship and give their lives to Jesus. So, as I spoke to the local leaders from Tauranga, they were describing their vision for New Zealand. First off, geographically from Jerusalem, there is no country that is further away than New Zealand. Its at the end of the earth. So they believe that a movement would begin in New Zealand that would shift from the ends of the earth and return back to Israel, to Jerusalem. And Ultimately seeing the nation of Israel be saved in order to usher in the Second Coming of Christ(Psalm118:26) where he will land on the Mt. of Olives in Jerusalem (Zechariah14:4).

We are in a historic time. The Wycliffe Bible Translators stated that the 2000 year old commission is projected to be completed in 2025 (or in about 12 years), where every nation, language, and people group will have believers in their midst along with a bible in their own native tongue. Yes, this is happening! And Jesus promised that when this commission is fulfilled, “the end will come.”



“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14



So the question arises, what then shall we do after this is accomplished? Simple.  We begin to pray, to sing and proclaim. Night and day. Across the globe.We begin to lift up our voices in one giant chorus in every language and tongue. In every country, every city, tribe and mountaintop declaring, “Come, Lord Jesus, Come!” Breaking down every injustice. That heaven would come to Earth. Then one day, He will answer this global cry, come down in a cloud of glory, and bring all of Heaven with Him(Revelation 21)!​

This movement of prayer is even now beginning to crescendo in the shadow of the soon coming return of Christ, and the Lord is raising up “friends of the bridegroom” that will go before and prepare the way to help usher in the Bride into her calling. That just as John the Baptist prepared the people of Israel for Jesus’ first coming, so even now, God is raising these ones all over the globe to teach, inform, and serve others for the Holy Spirit is beginning to awaken the church in the area of prayer. Even now, God is beginning to put a divine hunger in peoples hearts that causes them to ache for the power of God to be released. A holy lovesickness that makes them say, “Things as they are, are not okay until Jesus returns.” Though you may not see or understand this completely yet, be encouraged, for soon, very soon, the church will walk into its ultimate calling this side of eternity; that His House would be a House of Prayer for all nations.(Matthew21:13)



So as one who God has called to be apart of this movement, I give you this opportunity to partner with what God is beginning to do across the nations and specifically in the nation of New Zealand. I’m asking for those that would not only support me financially, but more importantly, partner with me in prayer and intercession, ones who will open their hearts to enter into the great need of the presence of God to be released in this geological location as well as for their own city or town. I’m looking forward to partner with you and see the great things that God will do! For those who dwell in unity, there is a commanded blessing that comes!(Psalm133)

So may your vision be renewed and your heart filled with hope, for our Bridegroom is closer than we may think. That soon after all of this, we will be over-comers dwelling in the mountain City of God, the New Jerusalem, ruling and reigning with Him in perfect righteous love. That courage would fill your spirits to go after the things of God and abandon the fading pleasures of this earth. That peace would fill your souls, knowing that God has put you here in this place at this time for a reason, and with that we can be rest assured that we have a purpose and He has a plan for each and every one of us!
